Using Spotify Iphone App in Non-Supporting Countries

Hi,

Here's a question regarding the Spotify iPhone app. If you are in a country that doesn't support Spotify can you get access to the Spotify app to add to your offline accessible music? For example you are on vacation in a country that doesn't currently support Spotify, can you get onto the Spotify app through internet access on your iPhone, and then get music onto your iPhone that is accessible in offline mode?

This would be truly great.
