Where can I create an account

Either get an invite or buy a premium account :) And with the premium account you get invites to give to your friends and family. :)

if you uses UK proxy you can also listen to spotify without invite.
But if your from the UK already Just click this link and enter basic details

Where can i create an account?

To clear up confusion:

If you live in Sweden, Norway, Finland, the UK, France and Spain, then you're in luck. Spotify Free is available in your area. BUT, in some of these locations an invite is needed. Unfortunately, I don't know which countries they are. You will be able to find out if you need an invite or not my going to www.spotify.com and clicking 'Get Started' at the bottom left of the page, underneath the green 'Free' writing. If you need an invite, it will request an invite code. I'll come to that later. If you do not get asked for an invite code, you will be met by a sign-up page where who have to fill in a few details and pick a username. This means you don't need an invite. When you've done this click 'Create account and proceed'.
Voila. You now have an account. Now all you have to do is download Spotify, install it, open it and type in your Username and Password you chose just a second ago.

Invites.
Spotify Premium users (the ones who pay) get given 30 invites to give away every month (I think). These invites, when given to other people, give them access to the Spotify Free service in areas where an invite is needed. The only way to get one of these invites is to hang around a forum like this and ask people nicely, in the hope some kind soul will pick you as one of the special 30.

If you get picked as one of the special 30, the Spotify Premium user will probably ask for your E-Mail address and E-Mail you a long code. The invite code. Now all you have to do is go through the sign-up procedure I explained a minute ago, and copy and paste the invite code into the invite code box. If all goes to plan, you should now be able to download Spotify and use it.
