Why do Spotify's own ads sound so bad?

Who is responsible for the audio quality of Spotify's own ads? Could someone please teach these people how to properly use a dynamics processor. The "This is Roberta from Spotify" one is absolutely horrific. The popping of the first syllables of every word before the compressor kicks in makes it sound like absolute garbage. It's a pity that even though the music itself sounds surprisingly good on Spotify, the ads are all over the place. It would be nice if your ads were also loudness normalized to the same level as the music...
