Why does my sound distort every 10 seconds?
I have a problem on my PC which I have sort of ignored until now which is that every few seconds when I play something the sound distorts almost like the track jumping on an old LP or a messed up CD. This is not a Spotify issue, it is everything but now I want to fix it

Inappropriate?If this is a problem with all sounds on your PC it's likely an issue with your sound card or the drivers for the card. You may want to make sure that you have the latest updates for it and see if that helps fix the sound.
