Why is my account saying I am not within the UK?

Had this message appear today anad have been through and my IP is the same its always been and I have only logged in from the one computer so just trying to work out why it is saying im not within the UK when my IP is showing as coming from the correct place

Inappropriate?Do you use Spotify primarily at work? Is it possible that your IP is being sent through a country other than the UK?

Inappropriate?I have never logged into it at work as I work in a store selling games I use spotify when studying for Uni mostly.
I thought of the IP being routed through a different country but according to my ISP "No all our servers opperate from within the UK" don't know if thats any help to you
