why is spotify stating that im not in UK while i am?
hello. im using spotify quite often, both at work and at home. but in my work i travel aloth. now when im on my summervaccation after a loong visit i sweden i get "Your current location is different from that you set in your profile, if you've moved please update your profile. You can travel for 14 days or upgrade to premium for unlimited travel. If you need more help, see our help pages" i am living in london and my account is set for uk. but i still cannot loggin anymore. please help ;)

I think I have this problem too. I bought a day pass because I believed it conferred 'premium' privileges for one day, is this correct? If so I would have expected not to be confined to a UK IP address. I too work for a large international company that uses international proxies. I do hope I haven't just wasted my money.... -

Once you log in with your "home" IP it should work without problems. If you are traveling a lot you may want to consider a premium subscription as it has no restrictions on travel.

Inappropriate?I usually use spotify from work place which routes internet traffic through Germany (while Im based in UK physically), Now my current location (which was registered at home from m y uk address) does not match one set in my profile. So a 14 day grace, although am still in UK.
Any way to resolve this? -
Inappropriate?still having this problem. even thou i logg in with my home ip. i suspect my account ahs been ban/freezed... could any admin see what my account status is?

Inappropriate?I got the following problem:
Spotify tells me "Your current location does not match that set in your profile. You may travel with Spotify, but only for 14 days. For unlimited travel upgrade to premium.". But I'm sitting in my office in Helsinki. Finland, and my account profile is set to Finland? How is my location different from Finland?
I have no idea if my company routes my internet traffic, but really, who cares? I am in Finland, and my profile is in Finland. End of story.
