We currently don't have any plans for Windows Mobile. And we do want to launch on as many platforms as possible.
- But if we get plans we will announce it on the blog, https://www.spotify.com/blog, keep an eye there!
And to help us know more on how many people have a windows mobile, vote on the topic here in the forums as well as update your profile in Spotify to let us known what mobile platform you are using, update here:

Maybe - depending on market interest, technical feasibility, commercial potential etc.
We are always thinking about how to improve Spotify, mobility is certainly an interesting and obvious feature that a lot of people ask for.
When this will happen? Not quite known yet, but keep an eye on the Spotify blog at https://www.spotify.com/blog to be in the loop on the latest developments around Spotify and our device support.

Inappropriate? This is super, can't wait for the offline part :-)
might push spotify to release an official client
I’m amused
-
Inappropriate? We've been waiting far too long for this, $1000 on a freelancers board would have this up and running in weeks!
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Yes, seems very strange for several reasons-
1. there's still more WM phones than iPhones in use and is likely to be some time, especially if WM7 lives up to expectations
2. there's MILLIONS more WM phones than android ones in use!
3. Apart from the UI, you can pretty much develop simple apps like the spotify client on WM in tandem with the windows version. I've found this through my own work.
Also, if dev times are a priority, why not open source the client UI so Spotify is supported on ALL platforms?
I’m bored waiting

This is surely an internal political issue, not technical. Far more important to be seen to be developing this for the funky, new, non-business centric handsets/OS, where WM is more likely to be seen as principally a business user/app OS . In our opinion we know that view is wrong, but Microsoft will need to do more to get WM seen as THE only OS that matters for mobile, whether you are you are twittering, streaming music/video, texting and chatting, or using your phone as a barcode reader or remote accessing your CRM.... -

All good points. I'd love to have the market data, but I'd wager that more money is shifting through the Apple App store than stand alone non-market apps are. There's just so much more exposure. However, the new marketplace looks like it 'could' take off. Just needs to be a bit slicker. -

Inappropriate?I would like to see Spotify on Windows Mobile.
I've been a premium user for a very long time.
But the lack of information from you (Spotify) and the fact that you send mixed messages to your customers is not good at all.
Why would the CEO for Spotify tell the Daily Telegraph that Spotify is coming to Windows Mobile and then Karl-Axel (an employe of Spotify) tell us that they are not releasing a client for Windows Mobile?
Perhaps the CEO should talk to his staff or vice versa... :)
I’m disappointed with Spotify
-
Inappropriate?Hold the door, I'm coming with.

Inappropriate?Ok, so Spotify just released a client for Symbian this morning; http://www.spotify.com/en/mobile/over...
Just us Windows Mobile/Phone users left outside in the cold now :(
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Hei, im norwegian and my login username includes ø. U guys have "å" but not "ø and æ"
Could you please insert these letters :D
-
Inappropriate?When/If spotify releases a client for windows mobile I will most certainly buy a premium membership. No doubt. Until then I will just use the free version on the computer, because it is not worth 1200 NOK a year to get unlimited music just on the computer.
I’m indifferent

Inappropriate?Hey everyone,
Spotify is promoting using Spotify on your mobile phone on their Facebook profile;
http://www.facebook.com/Spotify
"Spotify Want to know if you phone can run Spotify? Go to http://m.spotify.com with your mobile browser and find out!"
I encourage everyone who wants Spotify for Windows Mobile to add a comment to Spotify's post and ask for a Windows Mobile version so to make the need heard!
And please keep it positive or neutral and refrain from whining ;-)
