Work and home ISP are in different countries

I'm having a problem with the location in Spotify, I live and work and Sweden but the company I'm working for has recently changed so that we are our own ISP which has caused my work IP to be located in Switzerland. Is there any solution to this or will it work as long as change between logging in from home and work so that I'm not logged in from work (Switzerland) more then 14 days in a row?
