Cool extra features?
Hey guys, Spreedly is awesome, but I'm looking for a few other features:
One-off purchases
- we're looking for a way for users to purchase something extra on a one-off basis. Is this possible?
Refunds
- if something goes wrong, we'd like to be able to refund a customer
Styling
- will Spreedly support customizing the payment page?
Are there any plans for Spreedly to include these features?

Inappropriate?Elliot, we're definitely planning on adding in-Spreedly refunds and custom styling of Spreedly pages. As you can imagine there's a lot we want to do, so we're driving a lot of our priorities off of the requests of paying clients (hint, hint!)
As for one-off purchases, can you go in to a bit more detail as to what you're wanting to do with that? We're really trying to stay focused on subscription-based businesses and the transactions around them, so we're wary of adding e-commerce type features. At the same time, we recognize that there are additional transactions that make sense, for instance we want to add the ability to charge a one-time setup fee, and to tack on usage fees to the regular recurring subscription. Some more detail would help me figure out if what you're wanting is something that we'll probably end up supporting.

Inappropriate?I agree with the one-off purchases idea. My service is subscription based, but there are some extra features that I'd like to allow my users to purchase. It would be nice to let them charge those features to the card they already have on file with Spreedly.
An example: by default, only one person can access an account. To enable multiple people (e.g. your wife or children), I'd like to charge a one-time setup fee of $10.

Inappropriate?Being able to tack on one-off charges to an existing auto-renew subscription is now in progress as we need it ASAP for Spreedly itself. We'll be testing it on ourselves for a little while, but you can expect it to show up shortly thereafter, hopefully in a few weeks.

Inappropriate?We made some progress, but had to set it aside for a bit for some other priorities. It's still on the short list, and my hope is that we'll start working on it again in the next week or two.
