Misleading error message

Error message incorrect. When testing payments an incorrect credit card type was put in. However the error message said Please Enter a Valid Credit Card Number which is misleading. Can that be changed please?

    The reason that error is generated is that the credit card type is actually encoded in the credit card number - there is no way for us to distinguish between an incorrect type and an incorrect card number. Since incorrect number is the more likely issue, that is the error that we've chosen to show in this case.

    In short, it is a correct error message in that for Mastercard, that card number is invalid.
