Can't get "Spring It" button to work, am I missing something here???
I'm trying to use the "Spring It" button that I placed in my menu/bookmark bar in Foxfire, but when I enter my log in information, it won't accept it.

Inappropriate?Hi Anna - Try logging in to springpad here first (http://my.springpadit.com) & then use the clipper in your browser. If that doesn't work, please send me the email address that you used to create your account so that I can troubleshoot your problem. katin@springpartners.com
I’m hopeful

Inappropriate?I tried logging in (on the same tabe and on a different tab) and then tried to use the spring it button, but it didn't work. I use Foxfire as opposed to IE, in case that makes a difference. My username is wildlifeanna@yahoo.com
I’m also hopeful

Inappropriate?Hate it when I have to do tech support for a company that doesn't pay me. 8 months and you haven't answered this?
Played around with it and found that in Firefox you need to add "springpadit.com" to your sites allowed to set cookies.
Go to Tools --> Options --> Privacy --> make sure "accept cookies" is checked --> click "exceptions" --> type in springpadit.com and click "allow" --> click "close" --> click "OK" on next window.
That fixed the problem for me since I don't accept third party cookies and it appears that the code is written as though the Springpad popup is trying to set a cookie from a different URL on the same page. (Best as I can figure.)
I’m confident

Inappropriate?Hi Buck,
Thanks for spending the time to research and contribute your solution :) Good customer support is really important to us, and we try to answer all support questions quickly, so you guys can use our app freely and without disruption.
It looks like this issue was either resolved outside of Get Satisfaction via email or the user's problem no longer occurred. Regardless, I appreciate you calling this out and making sure we are answering all customer support requests!
Devin
I’m thankful
