Sprint Billing Errors and Return Policy

1)Once every 3-4 months Sprint will randomly change my family's service plan without telling us. Once they overcharged us $1,400 and $600!!! Think if we didnt catch this. I am sure they do this to millions of others. It takes hours of your own time to fix and all you get is an apology.

2)The other problem I have is with the Palm Centro. I have retuned it twice because of the echo it creates for people on the other line. Sprint said they would replace it again, but obviously I don't want the phone becuase it is known for this problem. I asked for any other phone, even a downgrade, but they will not do it! No company has a return policy like this. Target, Walmart, etc.
