Sprint Fraud!!!!!!

After asking Sprint if my contract for my phone were up they replied "yes". Later I switch to a new carrier and I get a bill for $150 for canceling my wifes phone early. We call and explain that we were told we were fine and we were told that "That was for the primary phone. We are not required to tell you about any other phone". Finally paid it because I didn't want it showing up on my credit. FRAUD!
