Sprint turned off my phone for the weekend, and transeferred my service to a phone that's in a UPS box that I won't receive for a few more days.

I just decided to put my trust in sprint again, although why I do not know. I ordered a new phone on friday which must be shipped to me. The minute I got off the phone with me, they killed the service on my current phone. They switched the service to my new phone, which is in a box, flying across the country, fat lot of good that does. I lost almost $300 in salary and nearly lost my job because I was called into work over the weekend and never got the call, as my sprint phone is my only phone.

I called customer service and they offered me like a $5 credit for the 3 days I was without service. This is unacceptable.

I'm on the verge of just not accepting delivery on the new phone, and telling sprint to go shove it. I've had nothing but service issues since I went to sprint, and if I don't accept that new phone, I'm out of my contract and can switch to any other carrier. Hopefully one who will treat me better, although I fail to see how I could be treated any worse.
