Inappropriate?hi there,
you may need to restart your computer. If this doesn't help, please be more specific with your problem and we may be able to help.
thanks,

Inappropriate?I think the issue he is referring to is that when attempting to register a new account, the system always returns "An unexpected error has occurred performing your request. Don't worry, we're onto it! Please try again later." This is regardless to browser, operating system, or location. (we've tried three different locations on three different machines with two different browsers on each computer). I am very happy with the VM service, and my wife is desperate to register, but cannot!
Thank you for your help!

Inappropriate?Still no fix for this? It's been a week, but no change. I have been very happy with the service, but if the registration page has been broken for a week, it makes me worried that support on this application, when we start paying for it, might not be worth the expense. I hope this is resolved soon.
Thanks.

Inappropriate?I was hoping to be able to register for an account. Alas, I am unable to register. I have tried Internet Explorer, Firefox and from my mobile phone on Opera Mobile. Also from a Windows computer and a Mac. Like Marc, I'm worried whether Virtual Mobile will be able to support paying customers. When will this service be available? Thanks.
I’m frustrated.

Inappropriate?Just found this service, since I really need to do such a backup. Yet unable to register. Any alternative services you know? except MS My Mobile...

iMelnik, you might want to look at Vufone or Flexilis. Vufone has a free trial, but ultimately costs either $19.99 or $29.99 a year. It works really well. I'm new to Flexilis. It's in beta and still free. I have a TouchPro (Sprint) and Flexilis hasn't managed to back up my SMS yet. However, it has some sort of anti-virus and firewall for your phone, as well as the ability to find your lost phone or wipe it remotely. Vuphone backed everything up except phone logs, which it doesn't do. Vuphone can also sync contacts and calendars with Google and Outlook. My gut feeling so far is that Flexilis is taking up memory on my phone, but it isn't showing in the list of running programs.
