Doesn't work on HTC Touch Pro
Full version of latest sprite backup and it works great on a manual backup but failed every time on a scheduled one. I upgraded because I wanted PIM data but it's not worth it to have to do it manually everytime

We tested this version in more than 1 HTC Pro device so I don't think that is a device specific issue. Could you please uninstall Sprite Backup and re-install. After re-installing try running a schedule backup if the operation files, please send the log file to helpdesk@spritesoftware.com. Plese also let us know if you have SIM lock and Device Lock active.

Inappropriate?I have a HTC Touch HD and the same problem. The manual backup works fine, the scheduled fails at the end of the backup process. The last thing I can see is the backup of replstore, then the backup stops and the device resets.
I use version 6.5.4. Build 14

Inappropriate?I am having the same problem on my Verizon Touch Pro. The operation fails. It appears that the program cannot see my storage card. This only happens with a scheduled backup

Sprite Backup is compatible with all Windows Mobile 6 and 6.1 devices.

Inappropriate?im having trouble aswell..when im trying to connect my phone and computer up host wise it comes up with with a error on my phone saying
"failed to connect to the host. Sprite backup was able to find your PC, but not connect to the Sprite Backup Manager. Check that Sprite Backup Manager is running and configured on the same port as the Pocket PC Settings"
they are both the same...When i run a backup from my PC Backup Manager it just sits in the "backup in process" screen.. and says "Please wait while the device prepares to reset" and the little green bar moves and thats its..my phone doesnt reset or anything
