nothing happens after simchange

hi, ive installed sprite terminator personal edition 1.2.0, Build 186 on a HTC Touch Diamond. Ive configured a partner and turned on the "lock on Sim-change". i ve also set up to message the partner on sim-change.

But when i change the Sim-Card nothing happens, no Lock, no message to the Partner. What went wrong?
