Cell features requested
Just a list of a few suggestions from PUMA:
-Allow the creator to select officers who can invite/remove members, and send cell messages
-Cell Targets, the ability to name a target, have it appear on the cell page, and have a link to attack from there
-Show Cell affiliation on "Targets" Page, to cut down on friendly fire
-Ability to request an invite to a certain Cell
-Cell Stats: Total kills in the Cell, Total Deaths, K/D ratio, etc.
-Cell Bank that creator and officers have access to and can distribute money to members

Inappropriate?One Founder of a Cell as gatekeeper doesn't work. With these large cells we need the ability for multiple people to invite others to join the cell. Say like 5 founders so that at least one is logged in all the time.

if you create splinter cells, the cell feature is pretty useless for clan membership as you now have to check XX cells to find members. alternatively, you could have the notion of a master cell and sub-cells underneath it. -

Inappropriate?Cell chat inside the cell tab under allies instead of opening a popup to talk to your cell. Or a public wall would be good. maybe a most wanted list but a seperate one for each cell aswell as a main one. Cells could click who they want to be asassinated and work together without bounties. And Clan Stats!!! :)

-Also find a better way to Rank cells on the cell leaderboard. The "Top Cells" list is quite pointless since the current top 2 cells just invite random people and believe #s = power?

Inappropriate?Vertago - it's probably going to be a little while, unfortunately. We've got lots going on over here and only limited resources. The first thing we need to do here is figure out what we're going to do as far as features but before we do that we need to know if there is any thing with cells, chat and the iphone app that is actually in need of fixing.

Inappropriate?Re: cells - I'd like to see two opposing Collaborative Tasks (CTs) that cells or individuals could do. One example could be "Shut Down Iranian Nuclear Program" and the opposing CT could be "Develop Testable Iranian Nuclear Weapon", and individuals or clans could pick (cannot take back their pick) on which one they want to work on (not required--folks could ignore CTs if they wanted). In effect, the CT will be an ad hoc cell until the one or the other CT is completed (there will be a winner & a loser). If a CT took about 3-5 weeks to complete, you could do 10-12 year max. One every quarter would probably be more realistic & build up some anticipation between CTs.
Each CT would have numerous subtasks that players would expend energy to achieve (much like leveling up). (Examples of subtasks: assassinate key researcher, plant remote detonatable bomb, bribe Shift Change Superivsor, tunnel under perimeter fence, set up underground centerfuge facility, perfect timing laser, produce weaponized plutonium, etc). Opposing players could possibly un-do some of the subtasks already completed (w/ much effort). Once the hundreds of subtasks are complete, only one last subtask remains--Achieve D-Day Objective. Once every player undertaking the CT completes the last subtask (or some high ratio, 90% of all participating in the CT), the CT is complete. A winner is declared. Winners get a badges & cash. Losers get nada.

We all know what is going on with the $$$$ in this game now,..so why not a joint bank, that all members can deposit into and the cell founder can distribute to anyone in need,..? With some more appropriate limits, like say for example,..um,...none !

Inappropriate?I'd like to see a cell feature added that allows us to follow unfollowed cell members on twitter. Also, shouldn't the members of our cell be calculated as part of our spy rings? Maybe a snippet of code that looks at the cell and grabs the number of unfollowed from the cell and adds it to the spy ring size.
Also on the targets page, maybe change the bottom section to be members of your spy ring or cell.
At this point I'm unsure if I'm assassinating members of my own cell because there are no indications of cell affiliation and I don't have time in my schedule to click on 100-200 dossiers, then click through to twitter to click follow on everyone in my cell. Heck, I barely have time to play the game as it is.. lol

Inappropriate?Maybe if you add a complete list onto the "known cells" link of all the cells, you could create a sublink that pops up when you mouse over a Cell that says "cell requirements" click on it and it goes to a page where it lists what you should have before trying to aquire an invitation....
And/or have a link on the main page of a cell saying "Apply to cell PUMA" for example. Then when the Cell leader logs on (or hopefully officers in the future) can access a list of the applicants and filter through them adding or denying access.
Another feature could be ranks. say you have a 5 rank system in your cell (which you can name accordingly) the top would have all but absolute power which includes adding new members, booting members, updating the cell page or whatnot. Then as the ranks go down there is less and less power till you get to the bottom where the new recruits would be. Promotions are only made by high level officers and the creator of the cell, as well as demotions. Within your own cell you could have standards for your ranks too, to offer a structure for promoting like this:
Rank one: Trusted Members
Rank two: lvl 40-30 and Elite
Rank three: 29-20
Rank four: 19-10
Rank five 1-9 New recruits
