Cell Invite questions
Created "Ronin" cell...sent plenty of invites and not one acceptance, or update. What should i expect when someone accepts my invite to the cell...and how do they decline as well? Thanks.

But really... There is a bit of a delay in these going out actually. I know because I have two accounts and I haven't gotten my invite yet... It appears to be kinda random actually because 45 minutes later I had 4 more fellow COBRA killers!
