Inappropriate?I thought everyone was aware the money transfers were locked... doesn't make me any happier about it though. I've got a level 30 account with no swiss bank, so I've got to save 17M because I can't get anyone to send me a few pennies to unlock it.

Actually... in the meantime, would it be possible for someone to wire @phoenixseven like 1c to unlock my bank? It's obvious I'm a regular player, but everyone and his dog is taking potshots at me right now... @god took 8M from me earlier - no joke! -
Invest in a bunch of safehouses. And If you have 8M you should be able to purchase enough weapons to pwn everyone.

Absolutely. No, my reason for wanting to transfer is because I'm done with the game and would like to give someone my cash. It amounts to about $350K, I think. Don't get me wrong - the game rocks... I've just lost time for it. :(

Indeed... "all of it should work" just encourages them to remove the wire feature altogether as "a game" doesn't have to include anything... but we would very much like the money wiring system, and not only does @phoenixseven have no bank, but I have lots of friends just starting out who I'd like to gift to as well.
It may not be the *most* urgent fix, but it's quite near the top for a lot of us, I think. -

Totally understand... I think you get a lot of "goal based" people playing games like this though, so even if you said "probably the end of the month" or "this may take a few weeks" it'd probably help just as much as actually committing to a specific date, which I'm sure none of us would expect you guys to do! :¬)

Inappropriate?How about having the wire transfer service available for those without swiss banks because the people that are going to be using it are going to be people that want to hire others to assassinate people for them, and won't be high enough in up in the game to have a swis bank.
You should also have a hit man job board.

If someone sends you money, then it'll open your bank and make it active, regardless of whether you've actually used it before. Obviously that doesn't help much when the wire transfer is down, but the starting limit can actually be bypassed by having someone send you a small amount of money this way.
As for hitman jobs... there's no official way to do this yet, but you can always post on twitter that you're looking for a "hit". Maybe we could establish a hashtag on here that people should use for Spymaster ads of this nature? -
Inappropriate?great idea! So the hit man would have to send a little money to the person hiring the hit man first to open their account, and then they would then be able to send it back.
