Give dying more of a penalty

Currently dying in Spymaster really has no penalty. Sure you cant attack or do tasks for 15 mins but energy still regenerates and you still get money from safe houses while you are dead. Maybe you could add another penalty of that when one come back to life, that person only regenerates maybe 15 Energy every 5 mins for 15 mins. Or maybe you could lose Experience depending on the level of the person who killed you.
