How do we report cheaters? ucanna422 & his dupe accnts

Duplicate attacks attacking a single person at the same time smells like cheating to me. Can we request that cheaters be banned?

This problem has, for the most part been fixed. The issue with ucana has been solved, with the "don"s and so on.
Further accusations of cheaters can be directed at brent@playspymaster.com and i will take a look into those account activities. Thanks for your continue patients and reporting on the matter =)

Inappropriate?This would be the place to report cheaters but what they're doing isn't really categorized as cheating--unfortunately for you this is more like strategy.
I don't know if you've heard about clans but there are two big ones out there PUMA and ZombieNinja. You were just attacked by PUMAs. The only defense is to join up with the Zombies. I suggest you contact @Podcasting101 and join up with the Zombies. Not only will the game be more fun for you this way but you'll also acquire a truckload of eager Spymaster players who will always have your back.

Yeah like that helps :P I mean I was in Ucana's spyring and he still tag teamed me till I was dead. Not to mention the hero did it while I was asleep and couldn't retaliate with my own clan before he delivered the death blow.
Better chance is to join my clan (Ravenedge FTW!!) and don't get stuck in the middle of the zombie/puma war LOL -

oh I know all about that but when one attacks you, you direct messages said one and you get a reply with a screenshot from said attack from another then all kinds of alarm bells start to go off with me :P

Its unfair to change username and hide away from an attack, but its illegal to make multiple accounts on spymaster, you should read your own rules..

Ucana wouldn't have different follower accounts on his two accounts either. they'd both be equal and very high...one is a lot higher than the other. Is there some other proof you have that these two accounts belong to the same person?

please do not ask for proof when you clearly have none of your own. As Ellen said above, she sent a DM and got a reply back from the other dupe account.

If this was against the rules I'd do something about it. I've yet to be given proof *or find proof on my own* that breaks the rules. I cannot see that she got a DM from someone else, or that she isnt simply confused about several members of a clan attacking her. Cool your jets Jasper -
Excuse me? I was not confused on who attacked me. This was way before all the PUMA shiz started. I got attacked by Greystone422 (that was his name back then) I send him a DM about why he attacked me because I was in his spyring and I got both a tweet and DM back from Ucana422 (that was his UN back then) within seconds containing a snipe and a screenshot of Greystone422 attacking me.
So no I am not confused on who attacked me. -
You got attacked by PUMA members even though they're in your spyring because that's how they stat-boost; they hit each other back and forth in a systematic fashion. If you think that's cheesy and unsportsmanlike, perhaps you should tell them so. :)

I wasn't attacked by PUMA members, I was attacked by just one PUMA member who happened to be in my spyring and I confronted him about it, that's all. It's just the reaction I got back through DM as well as a normal tweet that made me frown. But alas I'm over it, I removed said person from my account and moved on to happier places.

Most clans, or friends, will sit in a Tinychat (tinychat.com) or their own clan chat room and coordinate their attacks.

Inappropriate?brntbeer - of course you would defend them. You are puma. We expect nothing less from someone who has a direct conflict of interest and is in no way influenced by them. I am so upset about you guys playing and reporting back anything complained about here that I am ready to quit.
Funny... when I went on the public timeline about the compromised game... I was attacked by puma... now why would that happen??? Come on tell me why.

First and foremost I'm here to represent the company i work for. If someone is cheating (I don't give a shit what clan, how popular etc) I'll usually not hesitate to just drop the ban hammer on them.
The reason i said that these two accounts were probably not the same person is because PUMA is one of the only clans i've noticed (and yes, i talk to people in "zombie" so i'm not skewed) that direct attacks all day and even change their own usernames to appear to be similar to each other. But I'll look into this further today and get back to you in a timely manner. -

I suggest we implement full clan support for the game, and add a stat indicating how many kills/attacks are made to people within the same clan.

Inappropriate?So there's a problem here.
People are asking to prove a negative, mainly prove that the person behind ucana422 and ucana422___ are not different people. This is a daunting task over the internet, I mean give me a test to prove this and I can find a way around it.
This is where judgment comes into play, being hit by multiple accounts in quick succession is collusion, there's no doubt about that. The problem is when two or more of those accounts come from the same person, that violates the TOS. I mean, if you read the working TOS, simply having your two account attack one another, transfer funds, or even follow one another is grounds for banning.
What I'd expect is this, accounts have an IP address which the server knows. If multiple accounts are linked to the same IP, then they need to be watched for collusion. Corporate IP address (such as proxies) look for the IP as it changes over time. If one person is playing with two accounts, their IPs will match more often than not. If so, it's time for a tiny chat with both accounts and an admin. Failure to join the chat results in ban, and the admin can have a reasonable chance of sorting out if there's just 1 person typing or two.1 Comment Add a comment
