How does Safe House income work?
Exactly how does Safe House Income get credited to your account? It doesn't seem to happen with every refresh, nor does it appear to be the amount listed. And if you sell a safe house back, do you get full market value?

It all depends on the risk level, sometimes you may make the full amount of money during a refresh or you may loose money. It is not consistent. This is what makes the banks so useful. Also, there is no depreciation on a sale of a safe house you get the full amount purchase when you sale.

Inappropriate? It's really not clear how frequently they pay (or at what percent of the total they pay out). Is it hourly, daily? no clue.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?Yeah I have noticed this now. So far I'm getting 1/4 of the listed revenue, but I guess that grows over time?
I’m thankful
-
Inappropriate?I'm not sure what the percentage is supposed to be but I don't think I'm even getting 1/4th each refresh.
And what's the deal with the risk? Does that mean you are at risk of getting your pay cut/stolen due to a crackdown or something? Or is that just for the future when we will be able to directly attack a spy's safehouse?
I’m confused

i'm in the same boat -
Me too. -
I'm getting the same vibe...hmmm... -
Inappropriate?I think we need to get one of the directorate's help since how this works is beyond our range of knowledge.

Inappropriate? My safehouses "should" generate up to 25k each 5 minute cycle, but instead, I get about 1.5k, in other words about 6% of the total value.
I can't figure out if it's intended or if it's a bug... -
Inappropriate? The revenues listed are what the safe houses payout per hour. Since your stuff refreshes every 5 minutes, you only will see your income go up by 1/12th of the total incomes.
I believe the risk is that a risky safehouse may or may not pay out every pay period, but I'm not certain of that. Owning the Tbilisi safehouse doesn't seem to net me any income. Not sure if that's a bug or if I'm just losing out on the risk gamble frequently.

I believe this information (payout per hour) should be clear on the safe house page, as well as the percentage of depreciation loss in sale -
Inappropriate? It would be nice if we could get a bank statement of our income.
Anybody that deals with money, wants to keep a record of your income in very specific details.

I like this idea. It would give you a much better idea of which houses are worth investing in. -

wait, you might lose money from a safe house? The site just says it might pay you nothing. If you are risk of losing money then it would seem that it's not worth having 'high' risk safe houses at all--but that's tough for a user to calculate since we don't know what our rate of return/loss is...
This answer still leaves me without a solid understanding of how the income really works. -
Yes, could you please elaborate on the possibility of LOSING money? Don't think that's clear in the FAQs. -
Inappropriate?Ok, I was looking through the safehouse price to payoff ratio and have noticed some inconsitencies in the pricing.
Barcelona, Spain has a price point of 547.58K with a payout of 6,108. It's risk level is low.
Dubia, United Arabs Emirates has a price point of 728.63K with a payout of 5446. It's risk level is medium.
This makes no sense whatsoever... Why should a lower priced safehouse with a lower risk level give out a higher pay than a medium risk level that is more expensive?

Uh, that's the point. It's supposed to be more like real life: Be careful what you pay for, and invest in the more efficient ones first. -
It's a game,so there are no hard rules.
And just like life there are suckers that don't do math!
