How To Join A Cell
Today when I logged into spymaster I had a couple of invites to join cells after accepting one of them they all disappeared thinking that you could only be in one cell at once I left the cell I had joined but the invites still didn't show up

Inappropriate?You'll have to re-ask the leaders of the other cells so that you can get an invite back. Possibly try to get them into a chat to ask them about it =)
