Incentives for Following Other Spymaster

Weapons bought for spymasters should help those spymasters in their attack power on their pages.

If I'm following Joe, and Joe buys a weapon/armor for every spymaster in his ring, I should get a bonus based on that weapon, even if I'm not a a high enough level to use it.
