The Directorate is aware of many communications from Spymasters in the field reporting issues with their ability to do specific things, such as log into Spymaster or errors on invites, tasks, et cetera. The Directorate appreciates all bug reports and tries to investigate each one.
However, due to the need for confidentiality within the Directorate, our team is still very small and a disproportionate amount of time is spent by the Directorate attempting to reproduce these bugs, many times to no avail. Upon request of my fellow Directors of the Russian FSB, Ben and Albert, the Directorate has issued its first field manual, DM 001, Writing a Good Bug Report, to Spymasters in the field wishing to help debug. Please follow these steps when writing a bug report here else you will be referred to this message. The manual is as follows.
DM 001. Writing a Good Bug Report
1. Include your Twitter user name.
Perhaps the most important, the Directorate needs to know your Twitter username. Please include this in your bug reports.
2. If you can, include a screenshot including the URL of your browser at the time of the bug.
Attaching an image to your bug report helps dramatically in cases of assassinations that went in an unexpected direction or if layout of the page is broken in some way, as it gives us data necessary to fix the problem. If you do not know how to take a screenshot of your browser window, see this tutorial for Windows and this tutorial for Mac.
3. Give a full, detailed description of your problem.
Give us as much detail as you can as to how this happened. Try to replay in words everything you clicked on, everything you saw happen, and why something is failing. The more detailed your description of the bug, the greater chances we have of being able to reliably reproduce and fix it.

I couldn't be bothered to look after I found it wasn't ROT13... after all, as much as I love the game, the skill involved is mostly pressing a couple of buttons every 20-30 minutes :P

I recently sold my Markov PM pistols because I read that my team would automatically upgrade to the best weapon. I also sold my Mod 45 knives. Then I went to assassinate an ambassador in my tasks. This instantly said "oh you can't do that because you don't own the pistol you just sold".
I went and repurchased the knives and pistols and now I'm stuck and can't do any tasks even though I have the propper amount of energy and weapons.
