Safe House Risk Level Copy Clarity
Risk levels for Safe Houses could use additional clarity. Currently, the copy reads:
"Safe house locations carry an inherent risk ratio — this is the risk that your safe house will be compromised. If the risk ratio is greater than 1, the chances of you making back your property price are good. If the risk ratio is 1, the property is risk-free. If the risk is negative, the chances of compromise are great, but the reward is also healthy."
These "risk ratios" don't jive with the high-low levels. Does a low ratio mean high risk or low risk? I know the answer could be determined with some minor thought, but there's definitely an opportunity for more clarity there.

Inappropriate?hahaha, I understand. Basically "LOW RISK" means you have a better chance of making money, "HIGH RISK" means you might not make your investment back immediately. Little insider tip: Go for the Shanghai/Berlin Safe house, they aren't bad bets.
