Selling a Safe House SCREWED Me!
I sold a safe house that cost me $250K. The proceeds of that sale never updated my liquid funds. SUCKS!

Inappropriate? One strategy would be to accumulate lower priced safe houses and then sell them at the same time to move up to bigger properties. It is understandable that the price paid could increase or depreciate. But if you get no money at all it seems a waste of time to buy these safe houses. A problem report should be made.

Inappropriate?right, i had the same thing happen, lost almost 40% in value when i sold it back to upgrade. the black market at least they tell you it's a 20% loss, and the bank is a 10% fee,
i guess it's just the way the underground works
:D
