Tasks Can't be Performed since Rebalance

Tasks aren't being performed. I've tried logging out and back in, along with other things since the Directorate did some stuff tonight. That action seems to have dropped my ability to perform tasks. I have purchased, assassinated and so forth, but can't perform tasks.

When I click the button, it darken and that's it.
