At this time upgrades are handled by hand until the internal upgrade interface is live within the app (most likely within the next few days or so, and certainly before this initial batch of 30 day trials is complete). So, to upgrade now please email me at toby@stafftool.com and let me know which plan you'd like to move to and I'll get it set up!
