Inappropriate?I'll tell you why, because its all about pulling strings.
now the most of STC employees got their jobs because a relative pulled out his strings, so you'll see lots of Muteriy people in there (no offense) which are absolutely not qualified, lacking knowledge and experience.
STC is going to hell if they kept this current corrupted policy.
btw STC doesn't actually have ANY customer satisfaction service, believe it or not... (even if they did call you)

Inappropriate?ok the problem is that no matter how bad the service they are offering you is... there's not one to raise your complains to... even if you have found this person by mistake he will never even care about you complaining
the only thing that might help is having a competitor company that is offering the same service which might start in 2 or 3 years
other than that you just need to find yourself an alternative (WiMAX for example)

Inappropriate?I agree with Dr_MHQ, they won't improve no matter what, I'm not a negative person.. but damn! it's been a while now and it's so clear how their policy is!
We've seen it thru AlJawwal services! when Mobily first got here, everything changed dramatically, you can't even compare the customer service for your Jawwal to your ADSL!!
so instead of complaining about no tech. guys around that u can reach when you call 907, and their new stupid system of "Give us ur number n we will call you back" :S
the solution is, Zain and Mobily goes into the land telephone services including land internet services, and we will be just fine!
