I’m WHY?

2 versions of Quick Pull on One VZW Stowm? WHY? HOW? HELP?

I have VZW storm 2. I have Quick pull 3.7.2 and Quick Pull Lib 3.6.3. I think that Quick Pull Lib 3.6.3 is the old version and perhaps beta. I have tried everything to remove this 3.6.3 version. I have used app loader with no luck and tried several ways to remove off the device on its own. Today I tried playing with compatibility mode and now i get an error when using desktop manager for backup. So now what do I do now? I like to be able to backup with no error and also not have 3.6.3 on my storm 2. Any ideas?

"QuickPullLib" is a part of QuickPull and it's normal to see that in your applications list. QuickPull uses this module as part of its normal operation.

If things are muddled a bit, best bet is to uninstall every mention of QuickPull and then re-install it and that should take care of any strange issues that may be happening. This FAQ can walk you through that.
