accurate memory status

why is quick pull pro telling me i have 10 meg left and have to reboot when i have 16.5 i do want to reboot at 10 or below and have it set for that

Hello there Kevin,
QuickPull calculates the memory accurately and should be approximately equivalent to what you will find under Options> Status > File Free on your device. Is this not what you are experiencing?

  Thank you for taking the time to reply. However after several issues over the time i used QuickPull pro and a forum based support network i have switched to MeterBerry for a more accurate and full fetured tool.
