Hello there. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with QuickPull. I just need to collect some more information from you so that we can investigate the issue. I see that you have tried every version of QuickPull, but where did you get them from? Which BlackBerry are you using, and what are your specific OS and Platform versions (found under Options - > About on your BlackBerry device)? Is your phone associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES)? Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello again, Malcolm. A BlackBerry Enterprise Server simply provides centralized management of all aspects of the BlackBerry for companies and corporations whose employees use BlackBerry phones for their jobs. If your BlackBerry was provided to you by your employer for work-related tasks, you are most likely on a BES. If you purchased the phone privately, you are on a BIS or "BlackBerry Internet Service" which simply means that your internet is provided by your phone carrier.

I've forwarded this thread to our development team for further investigation, but please let me know if you are on BES or BIS when you get the chance. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello, Malcolm. After talking with our developers, it has come to my attention that the problem is related to the OS version you are using. QuickPull will have problems functioning on any OS 5 build below 5.0.0.252. You will need to upgrade your OS to continue to use QuickPull. Please see our FAQ page http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V... for more info. I apologize for the inconvenience and am sorry I couldn't be more helpful. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
