I’m frustrated

BBCurve 8530 quickpull free won't Run

I have downloaded the QuickPull Free for my new BB Curve 8530, but when I click on run, nothing happens. I am able to click all the other options ie( reviews, recommend, screenshots, etc) but nothing happens for run. Please help

Unfortunately QuickPull is not compatible with Curve 8530. To see a list of which devices are supported, please see the link below.

I also have a Curve 8530 and it will not work. This is one of Blackberries top models sold and the App doesn't work? This is a pretty big problem!
