sad I’m frustrated and disappointed!

Bold with OS 5.0.0.464 doesn't restart with Quickpull PRO 3.7.2

I have an Bold on OS 5.0.0.464. I purchased QuickPull Pro and am using version 3.7.2. When I schedule a restart it:
-brings up screen saying a reboot will occur in 5 seconds
-then the "restart is required" screen.

-The phone doesn't restart unless I physically hit RESTART NOW
- I have set the permissions to allow
- followed the advice from the FAQ and set them to deny, saved, then to allow, then did a real battery pull. It didn't work.

This is not helping. I schedule the reboot so that when I get up my phone is "fresh". Instead I get up and via BerryPop see that I have emails and such...but my phone needs to restart.

it's extremely frustrating. Please respond with a solution or refund.
