Where can I get registration number for QuickPull ?
Currently I'm using Curve 8520.. I have visited http://steelthorn.com/support/ and filled in my email address.. I use the same email address as my user login for this feedback site.
and then, I when I try to click reset now, it won't reset, and always show warning your phone will be reset in 5 seconds, press escape to cancel.. but after I wait for more than 5 seconds, the warning still shows up and the phone won't reset.
Please your advice. Thank you

Hi Willy. I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with QuickPull. Are you using OS 5? If so, do you have the latest version (4.0.3) of QuickPull? What Platform version and build of the OS are you using, specifically? Both can be found under Options -> About on your BlackBerry device. (For example, v5.0.0.591 Platform 4.2.0.284). I will need this information to be able to send you the correct registration key.
As for the reset problem, try uninstalling Quickpull, then reinstalling the app and, after the installation is complete, doing a manual battery pull. Let me know if this does not fix the problem. Thanks for using Steelthorn Software, I look forward to hearing back from you. -

Currently my Curve 8520 OS is v5.0.0.592 with Platform 5.2.0.64..
I have installed Quickpull 4.0.3 from blackberry application world.
But there is something strange here. why the email address in Quickpull Wizard has to be selected not typed ?? when I push the select option, there is nothing appears..
I have an active Wi-fi Connection at my home and office.
