Can't get QuickPull to work on Tour 9630 running OS 5.0.0.419
I just updated my Tour 9630 to OS 5.0.0.419 and when I launch QuickPull it tells me QuickPull is requesting changes to its application control permissions. When I follow the prompt, it looks like it wants me to change the Interactions and Security Timer Reset permissions, but these appear to be locked down. I used QuickPull when I was on OS 4.7 with no problem. I am on a BES, as I was before I upgraded. Has anyone else seen this?

napiform January 07, 2010 13:39Okay, I dug in a little deeper, and it's a BES setting, which my IT department won't change. Under the Security Policy Group, "Allow Resetting of Idle Timer" defaults to False, which is why the Security Timer Reset permission is locked down as "Deny." Unless you guys plan a way to circumvent this in a future release, I guess I'm screwed.EditDeleteRemove

Marissa February 09, 2010 10:25This didn't help. I'm on BIS, have deleted and reinstalled. Have set to deny, saved, then changed to allow. Quick Pull won't even open!!EditDeleteRemove
