    Hi there,

For QuickPull Pro to operate on your device, you must enter a registration code based on your device's PIN the first time you perform a pull. You won't have to enter it again unless you change devices. You should have received an email with the registration code shortly after you purchased QuickPull Pro. If you did not get this code, please let me know.
    • Hoi Tina, thanks for your reply. The device password is the problem i mean that i've entered my pincode 4 digits and save it than made a pull and the device restarts and at the end of the cycle it asks for my pin . The problem is that when I, ve scheduled a pull I am off line until I enter my pin manually, I thought that it would happen automatically?

    Hi Frank,

QuickPull uses your device pin (password) to unlock your device so it can reboot automatically, but it won't unlock your phone again after the reboot is complete. However, I do think would be kind of cool to have that as an option, so I added it to the feature request list for QuickPull. Thanks!
