I had a device swap done and my registration number will not be accepeted on my new storm? I entered the number accept the licence agreement. Then when I try it again it just keeps asking for registration number and does nothing.

I too am having trouble with my registration code...Warranty exchange on my BB Storm. Upon using the registration transfer wizzard I was given a new registration code that will not work with my new PIN. I believe I entered a wrong letter or number while using my phones keypad (fat fingers). Now when I try to use the PIN transfer tool it rejects my request. -
