Double Charge for QuickPull Pro!!!!!!!!!

Why was I charged again for QuickPull Pro when it was supposed to be a free software upgrade... And why can't I contact SteelThorn directly to address this problem... I tried emailing the support link - got a reply stating that they no longer offer support through email. I also tried their 3 page pdf link to report a problem. The link did not work... This area was the only link that would open from their support page....
