edocrab does not return pricing and reviews are sometimes for the wrong product

I am running a BB Tour OS v5 /Verizon. edocrab is able to successfully scan a bar code and return a product and reviews. However, there are two bugs:
1. Only once or twice has it returned a price. If I click on Web nothing happens. Ideally, it would return comparative pricing automatically, but the several products I've scanned all I get accurately is a picture and description.

2. The Reviews are occasionally for the wrong product. e.g, I scanned a Viking hand blender (UPC 8002842021412). The image and description are correct, but the reviews are for a Vitamix blender. (and as noted above, no pricing info)
