i have a storm with the 5.0 OS...i get an error message that states "error occurred while starting QuickPullLib" how do i resolve this issue?

Me too but I finally fixed it, at least for me. goto "KB Home / QuickPull / How to use QuickPull on OS 5.0 ", follow instructions THEN goto "KB Home / QuickPull / Why can't I select 'OK'? My screen isn't formated right."
Dont know why they didnt direct us Storm user's to both but it worked for me once I figured out I have to combine them.
BTW, I downloaded the http://tinyurl.com/ykwgnkk (QuickPull Free) directly on my Storm. Gotta make sure you are OS 5.0+
If you like me, it took me forever to find these instructions, but now all is well and I have QP back. Yea!-

I have OS 5.0 downloaded tinyurl.com/ . I set permissions, pulled battery. Still getting error-
I had to do two real battery bulls before it worked for me after that all went well.

I have 9530 Storm with 5.0 - and now have the same problem.. I have downloaded the updated free version (3.6.0) as listed here and it does not work for me. In Permissions, I CANNOT change one item - In Interactions - Security Timer Reset - this is controlled by my IT group and I cannot change it from Deny. All other items are set for allow. Until this I was a satisfied user of QuickPull and want it back!!! -

I've actually had the beta version work fairly well on my storm 2 after going through all the steps. The only flaw that I'm experiencing now is that the "scheduled" run doesn't seem to run very well. I can get it to work if I set it for a couple minutes from when I set it, but if its set for daily or certain days at a certain time, it doesn't run at that time. Kind of weird, but I'm sure its something that they are working on before the beta is put on the market for an actual sale.
