You can send yourself the incorrect PIN stored, transfer to your correct device PIN and get your correct registration code via email.

Please start a *new* question here instead of posting to the end of another person's post.

Your Customer Support is a joke. You should be able to speak with a live person instead of all the posting. I posted an issue and have not gotten a response yet.
