When I try and start the app the first time it gets to the screen to set permissions.
I click on the set permissions button and nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Hello again, Steve. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with QuickPull. If you could, please check your Downloads folder to see if anything from QuickPull was installed there, and then delete it if there is. Then, do a manual battery pull by removing your battery from your phone, and then putting it back in. After your phone reboots, please try to install QuickPull again and let me know if it installs properly this time. Thank you for your patience and I look forward to hearing back from you. -

Wasn't in downloads but deleted it from Applications folder and My world folder, rebooted and reinstalled. Still the same.
It says its installed OK but then when I click the set permission button nothing happens. -

Hi again, Steve. Thank you for trying to fix the problem by reinstalling. I'm sorry that QuickPull still isn't working for you. If you could, please follow the steps in this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V... ) to send us your log file. Get as far as you can into the installer and if possible, run QuickPull, and then follow the steps in the link above to capture the log file. This matter requires further investigation and the log file will be a great help to us in determining what is wrong. I apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have a resolution to this issue soon. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you. -

Actually I fixed this by going to the applications and changing the permissions manually. It seems to work now.
