sad I’m pissed at steelthorns customer service

new software for blackberry bold 9700 makes quick pull not work anymore

i have recently downloaded and installed the new software for my blackberry bold 9700 and now quick pull pro no longer works. I have deleted and reinstalled it and that didnt help. its giving me a notice that my device will be inoperable during restart and there are two things to choose from, reboot now or later, but i am unable to choose from either of them. then seconds later this message goes away and the my phone is just stuck there. please help i used to use quick pull frequently plus i have payed for something that no longer works.

    Hello there. I'm sorry to hear that QuickPull Pro has been acting up. I want to help you find a resolution to this problem, but I need to gather some more information. What OS and platform versions are you running, specifically? These can be found under Options -> About on your BlackBerry. Sometimes, upgrading your OS can cause the permissions settings to reset for QuickPull. Please verify that you have the correct permissions set by following the steps in this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V... ). If this does not fix the problem, please follow the steps in this FAQ (http://faq.steelthorn.com/index.php?V... ) to send us your log files. Be sure to do this after running QuickPull so the correct data is captured. I am sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have a solution to this problem soon.
