no valid activation code received with purchase...

wtf is wrong with this support... When QuickPull was ordered (and paid) via crackberry, support email was included. When I tried to send a question, I got redirected to the website. No support form, no easy way to ask the question directly, why do I need to search for the solution here?!?

Activation code that was sent to me is "0" (zero). What am I supposed to do with this??? And, of course, activation code reminder here does not send me anything. Yes, I checked my spam box.

This is so lame...
