Hi,
I have upgraded my BB Bold to OS 5.0 and have one problem using Intellilaunch. When finding a contact and trying to send him/her a SMS the compose SMS page only show up for a second before it disappear. I other words, it is not possible to choose a contact in Intellilaunch and select to write a SMS. This worked very well in OS 4.6 but not in OS 5.0. Do you have any solution to this problem?

We are looking in to this issue. Can you both tell me what exact version of OS 5 you are running? You can find this under Options > About menu on your device.

Thanks. We've confirmed this as a bug and opened an internal case on the issue. I will update this thread when a resolution is available.
For others having this same problem, you can simply click "I have this problem too" at the top to also be notified when a resolution is available.

I am having this problem also and its looks like is 4 months later and they don't have a fix for it and they are still selling a defective product without any notification of the problem. I am using OS v5.0.0.405 and just purchased Intellilaunch today. I am very disappointed.
