Are you working on a solution for OS 5? As I'm sure you know QuickPull is not working with OS 5.0. I realize it is not officially released yet, but I see nothing about your acknowledgement of this.

this software does not work on 9530 5.0.0.230. it will only reboot if you answer the trusted question every time and have google search installed. (which you have to restore after every reboot).the scheduled reboot is worthless since you have to be there to answer yes to the trusted software question every time. and if you dont answer yes then the only way out is to pull the battery. fine waste of my money!

Thanks Joey. I completely understand. I'm work for a BlackBerry software developer myself, so my copy of OS 5 is legit, but not official.

xkwwwx...you need to chill out. OS5 is not official yet.

I just got mine to work! If you set the permissions for quickpull to allow, and then apply defaults it worked.

5.0.0.323 here on a 9530. Dowloaded and tried both the Free and Pro ( I had Pro previously) set all Permissions as suggested and................. Ya, niether one works!!!! Get the "your Device is going to REBOOT..." message then a message, " Something went wrong. Aborting." Now what??

Installed new free beta on a fresh wipe and install of the VZW 5.0 release. Still does not work. Get an error that says something went wrong, aborting.

  Christopher, I was receiving the same error message. Make sure you are chaning both the "Edit Permissions" and the "Edit Default Permissions" to all say "Allow". I was only changing the "Edit Permissions" and not the "Edit Default Permissions". Change them all and then do an actual battery pull and see if that will work.
