OS 5.0 BB Storm & StormLock

Edit Subject

I have dl'd the new OS 5.0 for BB Storm, the "welcome to StormLock" will not allow me to navigate away from it in order to input my code, or use any of the other functions of the phone...won't go to home page etc??

Hi Tamara,

Do you not see the "OK" button on the welcome screen? Did you try scrolling down? Also, you might want to try this:

1. Click the Options icon
2. Go to Advanced
3. Select Applications Menu
4. Highlight StormLock and press the Menu Key
5. Select Disable Compatibility Mode
